Will I receive all my photos?

Are my photos watermarked?

“We only watermark them when we post them online but when you receive your pictures via DVD your pictures will have no watermarks on them. You can take these pictures with you and do whatever you want with them – they are all yours!”

If your equipment fails, do you have backups?

“We always come prepared for all of your events, we have backup cameras, backup workers, backup memory cards, backup batteries – you name it, we got it! We want to make sure your experience with us is a flawless and trouble-free. “

When will I get my photos and video?

“This is a question that is always a concern for any customer and we want you to understand that editing photos and editing a video greatly differ. We ensure we get you your photos within 4-6 weeks and that your video is provided to you within 6 months. If you ever need an update on when you will be getting your photos or videos – please do give us a call to get an update anytime.”

A little camera shy? Don’t worry about it!

“Not everyone is born a movie star or is a model – but working with us we make you feel like one! We want to make sure you are comfortable before we shoot, during the shoot, and after the shoot. We’ll talk everything out before we even begin the shoot to ensure you are comfortable and ready to put on your best smile. It takes a little time to warm up to the camera but afterwards it’s not a big deal and you’ll be more relaxed.”

When should I book with Yaadain Studios?

“Ideally the sooner the better and by sooner I mean at least one year in advance to ensure we are available for your event(s). If you wait to the very last minute, we would be sad to say no, but we may not be available and also your choices of other vendors will also be limited. So don’t get disappointed and be sure you come book us early today.”
